I was here for a conference and have a great stay! The rooms were a bit dated and may have smelled a bit like past cigarette use, it wasn’t overwhelming but I noticed it. But otherwise the bed was exceptionally comfy, I slept great! The pool, lobby, and restaurants were all very nice and welcoming! We had several catered meals as part of our conference and the staff who served us were honestly the nicest I’ve ever experienced! Donna and Karen were my favorites!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would come back again.

I gotta say amazing 5 outa 5 the rooms are very spacious very clean feeling we did digital check in so the only time i had to go to the front desk was for pool wrist bands. Breakfast is an extra charge fyi. But the pools were amazing the arizona heat with a semi cool pool was perfect on top they had a hot spring and a cold spring just incase im sure you get too hot. But i love the pools they even had a water slide for the kids and im sure it would be fun , it definitely looked that way. But for what you pay for you get a good bang for your buck with the room and how fun the pools are. And the views are breath taking especially for the sunset pictures. Another great point the rooms all come with balconies with 2 chairs and a light which was perfect for some in & out and the scenery. Another mention the shades will definitely make your room fully blacked out , the beds were very comfy had one of the best sleeps ever in a hotel. I would definitely come back to this location if i’m ever in tucson and i would recommend anyone that’s looking for a somewhat get away with pools and maybe kids that love swimming and i’m sure for anyone 21+ they have many more options when speaking about th

We stayed in a hospitality suite here for six nights. Upon arrival, we were told that there was a glitch in their system and they did not have the room that we booked for that night. We stayed in a casita for one night before we moved into our suite. This was, admittedly, pretty annoying. We couldn’t unpack and the room we booked wasn’t ready until later in the afternoon the next day, which really put out a wrench in our plans for the day with our four year old. We wanted to hit the pool, but our bags were packed and ready to move to our new room… it was just inconvenient and clearly a mistake on their part. We got coupons for lunch for the inconvenience. Meh. The rooms are, simply put, pretty outdated and run down. The nice thing about the hospitality suite was that we had a small β€œbackyard” green space that was great for the kids. That earned the room rating one more star. I attached a photo of our β€œbackyard.” The location of this resort is pretty great. Gorgeous view of scenery from the pool, and not too far from the airport or other Tucson activities/hiking. The service here was lacking. We had to ask them to turn on the slide for the kids every day. For two days the slide w

Stayed 3 days in a suite with zero housekeeping, in spite of asking for it 3 times. Front desk staff blamed us for putting up a privacy tag for 1 hour the first afternoon, and then said they would β€œtry” to find someone. She didn’t want to hear that it had been days; maybe because she hears that a lot judging from the other reviews. The carpet in the room was filthy and the hanging light fixture clearly damaged as it hung crooked. Decor is dated. One of 2 TVs worked poorly. There is insufficient parking so often there is an uphill walk. Rooms can be difficult to find as they all look the same and if you arrive at night you’re on your own to find them with no offer of a golf-cart to escort you. They are very spread out so it can be a long walk. The setting is magnificent, though. It’s a beautiful property and the views are spectacular!
